All you need to know about Fiancé Visa
Who Can Apply for Fiancé Visa
The Fiancé Visa enables the engaged partner of a British citizen or a person with settled or pre-settled status to enter the UK for six months for the purpose of marriage. After the marriage takes place, the applicant may apply from within the UK to switch to a Spouse Visa.
This immigration route forms part of a pathway to settlement, and dependent children can be included in the application where applicable
